KINGSTON - The implementation of the Berbice River taxi service has seen 62,465 passengers, from September 21 to November 7, 2015, using the service as their choice of transportation between New Amsterdam and Rosignol.
This was announced by Minister David Patterson this morning, November 16, 2015 during a press conference in his Boardroom, Wight’s Lane, Kingston.
According to him, the operations of the river taxis continue to exceed operations since the Ministry initiated the service.
