The Ministry of Public Works wishes to advise the public that the intersection at Avocado Place and Mandela Avenue will experience minor traffic delays from Thursday, 01 October, 2020 to Tuesday, 06 October, 2020. The closed intersection will be re-opened to traffic on Wednesday 07 October at 06:00hrs.
This disruption is to facilitate road extension activities on the western carriageway under the Sheriff Street Mandela Avenue Road Enhancement Project.
Motorists desirous of accessing Avocado Place are kindly asked to use Front Road or other suitable alternative routes during this exercise.
Pedestrians and motorists are asked to exercise caution and observe all directional and safety signs in the area.
