Parika To Bartica Schedule
After representation was made by residents of Bartica to the Hon. Gail Teixeira, Minister of Parliamentary Affairs and Governance, who also holds the portfolio of geographical Member of Parliament (MP) for Region 7, further consultations were made to the Management of the Transport and Harbours Department (THD) to revise the ferry service as per normal in keeping with the current review of COVID-19 measures.
Based on a successful consultation, Honourable Minister of Public Works, Bishop Juan A. Edghill wishes to advise the public of the following schedule below, which takes effect from Monday, October 5, 2020 and continuing.
To facilitate passengers, vehicles, and huskers, there will be A SPECIAL TWO-WAY SERVICE TOMORROW FRIDAY, OCTOBER 2, 2020, departing Parika to Bartica at 5:00 a.m. and from Bartica to Parika departing 12:00 noon.
